Last Updated: October 28, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using FreeAudioToText (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Description of Service
FreeAudioToText provides an online platform that allows users to convert audio files into text using advanced AI transcription models. We offer both a free tier and premium paid features (e.g., AI Reports and API access).
3. User Conduct and Content Policies
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You retain all rights to the audio files you upload, and you are solely responsible for all content you submit. You warrant that you own or have the necessary permissions to upload and transcribe the files. You strictly must not upload content that contains Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), terrorism, highly explicit sexually explicit material, illegal acts, defamatory content, or content that infringes on intellectual property rights. We act solely as a neutral technical conduit and reserve the right to report illegal content to relevant authorities.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-uploaded audio) are and will remain the exclusive property of FreeAudioToText and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FreeAudioToText, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
